so damn regal chic. this is Olivier Rousteing's third official womenswear collection for Balmain, which drew stimulation from St. Petersburg and Russia's impeccable Imperial Palace. 

this feels cleaner, yet more luxurious than ever. i'm loving the oversized blazers, the leather jackets, the gold buttons and cuffs, the embellishments (duh!), the watercolour prints, the fitted floor-length skirt with thigh-high slits, the silhouettes, the lush use of velvet and silk, the booties, the strong and bold shoulders.
